So have you ever had chicken chili? Sounds odd doesn't? Well my wife found this white chicken chili kit at Safeway by Carroll Shelby's and we thought we would give it a try. It is pretty awesome!!! We added 3 chicken breasts, 1 can of black beans, 1 green bell pepper, and an onion. Pretty straightforward. Next time we will use 2 cans of black beans, but everyone in the family loved it.
